About us

North Meols Archers is a small friendly and well established club with activities based in Banks just North of Southport, Merseyside and within very easy reach of the main Preston to Southport road (A565).

We are primarily involved in target shooting and have nearly thirty members (including juniors) with skill levels from novices to the very experienced using recurve, compound and longbow.

Our facilities

Outdoor -	We have sole use of a local playing field from May to September on Sunday Afternoons and one or more evenings during the week primarily for target shooting at any distance up to 100 yards
Indoor -	Target shooting on Sunday afternoons from October to April, Noon to 3:00pm with target face at 20 yards

WE OFFER

Outdoor beginners courses during May to August run by a GNAS approved coach. Chlidren from the age of eight may be taught in the presence of a parent or guardian.
